Statutory audit firm
The statutory audit of the Sogin Group accounts is entrusted, pursuant to the law, to an auditing firm, whose appointment is the responsibility of the Shareholders' Meeting, based on a justified proposal by the Board of Statutory Auditors and upon completion of a tendering european procedure.
The Shareholders' Meeting of 4th August 2017 conferred the task of auditing the accounts of Sogin and Nucleco to the firm PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS L.t.d. determining the fee for the entire three-year period 2017-2019.
