Supervisory Body
The Supervisory Body, independent and endowed with autonomous powers of initiative and control, has the task of verifying the functioning, effectiveness and observance of the Organization, Management and Control Model (MOGC) of Sogin, as well as taking care of its update. On 11th April 2018, the Board of Directors also assigned the functions of the Independent Evaluation Body (IEB) to the Supervisory Body.
The Supervisory Body is composed of 3 members: 2 external members, one of whom acts as Chairman, and 1 internal member.
The current was appointed by the Board of Directors in 2021 and renovated in 2023.
