DATA CONTROLLER
Sogin S.p.A, with registered office in Rome, Via Marsala 51/C, VAT no. 05779721009, in the person of its legal representative at the time, is the Data Controller of the personal data of those who voluntarily provide their data for inclusion on the mailing list.

WHAT DATA WE PROCESS AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Entering your data (first name, last name, personal email) in the appropriate boxes below this information notice will allow the collection of such data by Sogin S.p.A., which will use them for the sole purpose of informing you periodically about upcoming events and any other initiatives or activities promoted and/or carried out by the Company. The provision of your data is entirely voluntary; however, if you refuse to provide them, Sogin will not be able to fulfil your requests. In any case, we undertake to ensure that the information collected and used is appropriate for the purposes described and that this does not lead to an invasion of your personal privacy.
DATA PROCESSING METHODS
Please note that the data you provide will be acquired and processed in paper form and/or on magnetic, electronic or telematic supports and the processing will be based on the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, purpose and storage limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
Sogin may disclose your personal data, solely for the purposes set out above, to the Companies of the Sogin Group and to any third parties which it relies on for the performance of its activities, subject to the adoption by such Companies of equivalent security and confidentiality criteria. Said entities are specifically appointed as Data Processors by Sogin. The personal data provided will not be disseminated other than under the terms set out in the previous point.
LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent as required by Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
RETENTION PERIOD
Your personal data will be stored in the company's databases until it is deemed necessary or until you decide to withdraw your consent.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Pursuant to Article 13(2)(b), (c) and (d), as well as Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 of the GDPR, you have the right at any time to:
- request from the Data Controller access to, rectification, integration, deletion, restriction of the processing of your personal data, data portability, or to object to the processing of your data if the conditions set out in the GDPR apply;
- pursuant to Article 7(3) of the GDPR, you may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on previous consent.
