News of a visit from the Italian Tax Police (“Guardia di Finanza”) to Sogin headquarters is false

Sogin categorically denies what was reported in an article that appeared this morning on a website, specifying that there was no "access" by the Guardia di Finanza to the company's offices, either yesterday or today, 15 October.
Sogin has already mandated its lawyers to initiate whatever civil and criminal action is necessary to protect the image and reputation of the company and its workers.
