The Shareholders' Assembly, which met yesterday, renewed the Board of Directors for the three-year period 2023 - 2025 of Sogin, the public company responsible for the decommissioning of Italian nuclear plants and the management of radioactive waste.
The Assembly appointed Carlo Massagli as President and Councilors, Gian Luca Artizzu, Barbara Bortolussi, Fiammetta Modena and Jacopo Vignati. It also designated Gian Luca Artizzu as CEO.
At the same meeting, the Board of Statutory Auditors was appointed with President Angelo Miglietta, Standing Auditors, Vittorio Pella and Monica Petrella, and Alternate Auditors, Marco Canzanella and Luisa Foti.
The Assembly also approved the Sogin Financial Statements and the Group's Consolidated Financial Statements for 2022.
