Sogin initiates legal action to protect the Company's reputation

At its meeting on 25 September, Sogin's Board of Directors, chaired by Admiral Carlo Massagli, instructed the CEO, Gian Luca Artizzu, to use all the means available to defend the Company from recent media attacks, which undermine its image, damaging the reputation of the company and its workers, as well as public confidence, an essential element in any nuclear management context.
Sogin has mandated its lawyers to file a complaint against the perpetrators of the aforementioned attacks, carried out via the press, and those who disseminate them, and will continue responding by all the legal means at its disposal, to any denigration, defamation, slander or misleading and instrumental reconstruction that is disseminated to the detriment of Sogin or its workers.
