Saluggia: Cemex authorization procedure completed

The authorization for building a
Cemex Complex at the
Saluggia Eurex plant has been published on the official website of the Ministry of
Infrastructures and Transportation.
The decree was issued following the
decisional process of competent national and local institutions, during
which an agreement between the State and the Piedmont region was
reached.
This is the final step of the authorization procedure required
by law (D.P.R. April 18, 1994, n. 383 and s.m.i.) for public works, and
wholly replaces, under every aspect, any and all agreements, opinions
and/or grants, including building licenses, authorizations, approvals
and/or permits required by state or local laws.
