The Board, chaired by Carlo Massagli, appointed Gian Luca Artizzu as CEO.
The new Board of Directors defined the structure of powers, giving the Chairman the institutional task of representing the Company, guiding and directing the work of the Board, in coordination with the CEO. The Chief Executive Officer has been vested with all powers of company administration, with the exception of those reserved by law and by the Articles of Association to the Board of Directors.
During the meeting, the Chairman and the CEO expressed full agreement with the strategic directions of the mandate for the pursuit of the company's mission.
Admiral Carlo Massagli, former administrator of the Italian Inter-Ministerial Committee for Space and military advisor at Palazzo Chigi, was most recently deputy director of the Agenzia Informazioni e Sicurezza Esterna (AISE); Gian Luca Artizzu, former manager at Sogin, is an expert in management and business organisation and has held, among other positions, the roles of president and CEO at Coldweel Banker Commercial, Gruppo Sistemia (now iQera) and the role of CEO at Sistemia Informatica.
