National Repository, preliminary market consultation on Engineering Barrier System process

Sogin has called a preliminary market consultation about
Engineering Barrier System process (EBS) for the Italian National Repository, pursuant to Article 66 of Legislative decree n. 50/2016, prior to possible launch of a public tender.
The main objective of the consultation is to acquire technical contributions from market operators that allow Sogin to corroborate current events and/or innovate the information assets matured over the years by the Company and which, therefore, may be used in the planning and execution of any procurement procedure, in compliance with the principles of free competition, non-discrimination and transparency.
The deadline for submitting contributions is: 6 June 2023.
It should be noted that the preliminary consultation is not aimed at awarding any contract and failure to participate does not in any way preclude participation in any tender.
